Goldie Soetianto is a queer, neurodivergent Asian-Australian female cinematographer and producer (BFA Film & TV, QUT 2010; Graduate Diploma Cinematography, AFTRS 2013). She has a love of genre film and exploring fantasy worlds as co-founder of Deerstalker Pictures. She has over a decade of experience as a cinematographer including four features; Reaching Distance (2018), Rhapsody of Love (2020), Water Horse (2024), and Pickpockets (TBA) featuring Tim Minchin and 
Zoe Terakes, and SBS Digital Originals/Screen Australia series Night Bloomers (2023); as well as over 100 NIDA 
actor showreels with Emmy-award winning writers/directors Guy Edmonds & Matt Zeremes (Hardball, Spooky Files). 
In 2021 She received the ACS NSW Silver award for 1 For All’s Bardic Inspiration musical episode cinematography.

As one half of YouTube Channel Deerstalker Pictures, Goldie has served as producer and cinematographer on over 100 short films, skits, and web series episodes. Exploring pop culture fandoms in anime, video gaming, cosplay and fashion subculture communities, Deerstalker Pictures has amassed over 230 million views and almost 1 million subscribers. They are currently releasing 1 For All, an original fantasy comedy web series.
